The Oklahoma Administrative Office of the Courts has issued its annual notice of the interests rates applicable to judgments obtained in Oklahoma from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. The postjudgment interest rate to be charged on judgments for calendar year 2020 shall be 6.75 percent, down from 7.5 percent in 2019.
